Over the next week, the media class will share important reminders to help our students make smart choices on social media and online. From protecting personal information to recognizing scams, every click, comment, and share matters!
Here’s what we’ll be covering:
**Protect Your Privacy** — Keep passwords, personal information, and your location safe.
**Spot Red Flags** — Recognize suspicious links, fake accounts, and online scams.
**Stop. Check. Then Share.** — Verify information before reposting or spreading rumors.
**Think Before You Share** — Remember that what you post online can leave a lasting impression.
**Be Kind Online** — Choose kindness, respect others, and think about how your words may affect someone.
Before you post, click, or share, take a moment to THINK! Your online choices matter, and a little extra caution can make a big difference.
