The freshmen physical science class is finishing up their study of force and motion. They constructed cars with safety features to protect an egg. After testing they had a demolition derby outside. Messes were made, eggs were broken, and fun was had!

Stuart FFA Chapter’s October Member of the Month:
Austin Fuelberth

Continuing the tradition of recognizing a “Member of the Month”, the Stuart FFA Chapter Officers will select one individual per month for the honor. This individual is selected based on performance within our FFA chapter and competitions, the diligence in their Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE), and behavior and attitude towards the goals our FFA chapter puts forth.
This month, Austin Fuelberth has been chosen as the October Member of the Month. Austin is a sophomore, and has competed in Leadership Development Events since his 7th grade year, namely Cooperative Speaking and Conduct of Chapter Meetings. He will travel to Indianapolis this fall as an alternate for the national qualifying CCM team. Austin has also competed in Career Development Events including Range Judging, Livestock Evaluation, Agriscience, Farm and Agribusiness Management, and Food Science. He also competed at the Nebraska State Fair with a range board, which received a blue ribbon.
Austin’s Supervised Agricultural Experiences is a paid placement working for Fuelberth Ranch. He has developed skills in giving shots, feeding cattle, equipment maintenance, and animal management. As a freshman, Austin’s beef production-placement proficiency received a silver rating at district review. Austin participates in our FFA chapter by contributing his time to attend practices, meetings, and competitions. Austin is the son of Darrian and Wendi Fuelberth. The Stuart FFA Chapter wishes to extend their congratulations to Austin Fuelberth on receiving the October Member of the Month honor. We commend Austin for his time and dedication!
