Senior Spotlight - Morgan Menke
Half of the 3rd Graders visited the afternoon preschoolers to practice their read aloud skills! Students worked on, volume, pace, intonation, and fluency. They did a great job!

The 4th graders had a bright week of learning! They explored how to measure angles using protractors- and even glow sticks!
Eighth grade finished up their unit on Motion & Force by building a car to protect an egg.

Congrats to the SPS Speech team for a 5th place finish at the State Meet in Kearney. Individually Tommy Paxton placed first in Entertainment. The OID team consisting of Maddux Alder, Drew Schmaderer, Matthew Yemma and Tommy Paxton placed 2nd. Drew earned 4th place in Serious Prose and Maddux brought home 4th place in Humorous Prose. Also competing at the State Meet were Jaxon Kohle, Jasmine Davis and Robert Peterson. Congrats to the speech team for their efforts in Kearney.
