Stuart FFA Chapter’s April Member of the Month:
Zane Doke
Continuing the tradition of recognizing a “Member of the Month”, the Stuart FFA Chapter Officers will select one individual per month for the honor. This individual is selected based on performance within our FFA chapter and competitions, the diligence in their Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE), and behavior and attitude towards the goals our FFA chapter puts forth.
This month, Zane Doke has been selected as our April Member of the Month. Zane is a senior, and has competed in Leadership Development Events since his 8th grade year. His most recent FFA accomplishment is being a member of the 2026 District Champion Agriculture Demonstration team, which earned a gold rating at state convention. He was a member of the 2025 State 6th place Agriculture Demonstration team, and the 2023 State 4th place Conduct of Chapter Meetings team. Zane has also competed in range judging, livestock evaluation, livestock management, agriscience, agronomy, meats evaluation, and welding. In addition, he has been involved in many of our chapter’s community service activities.
Zane has three different Supervised Agriculture Experiences. He has placement experiences working for Lange Irrigation and ADO Ranch. These are opportunities which have allowed him to further his passion in agriculture. Zane’s primary SAE is owning and operating Doke Apiaries, where he manages four hives of honeybees, harvests honey, and markets it to consumers. Zane makes all management decisions and has developed skills in winterizing hives, extracting honey, and marketing his product. His Specialty Animal Production proficiency was recently named State Champion. Zane is always willing to step up and lend a helping hand, and motivates the people around him every day. Zane is the son of Scott and Heather Doke. We commend Zane for this honor, and look forward to his continued success in the future! Congratulations Zane!
